We are open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. The fastest and easiest way to book in for a grooming appointment is to simply call us on (03) 9687 0299. Please read our Matting policy prior to your appointment. Just a heads-up: we don’t book appointments via email or SM DMs.
If you’ve booked with us before and have a small or medium dog with no special requirements, you’re welcome to use our online booking system. It’s quick, easy, and lets you pick a time that suits. Next time you’re in, make sure you grab one of our QR code fridge magnets to make booking even easier.
For all other dogs including larger breeds, special requirements, or anything that needs more planning, please use our booking inquiry form. Once it’s submitted, we’ll give you a quick call to go over the details and book a time that works. This helps us give every dog the care and setup they need.
